You are someone who:

wants to grow in hospitality, coliving & community management in Dubai
Key responsibilities
1. Resident & community care
-
Be the main point of contact for residents: questions, daily issues, settling in
-
Run welcome sessions for new short‑ and long‑term residents
-
Build and maintain a friendly, open atmosphere and help people connect
2. Events & activities
-
Plan and host regular activities:
stand‑up nights, movie nights, board games, networking, workshops, yoga, etc. -
Coordinate with external partners (comedians, coaches, speakers)
-
Collect feedback to make sure events match the community’s interests
3. Online communication
-
Manage resident chats (WhatsApp/Telegram): news, house rules, Q&A
-
Support marketing with content: photos/videos from events, resident stories, testimonials
-
Share ideas on how to grow You&Co as one of the best coliving spaces in Dubai
4. Operations & service
-
Coordinate with reception / operations team on resident requests
-
Keep an eye on common areas (coworking, lounge, gym, patio, etc.)
-
Suggest and help implement improvements in services and processes
Requirements
-
Experience working with people is a strong plus: hospitality, events, HR, education, customer success, SMM, community management, etc.

Confident spoken English (international community)
-
Other languages (Russian, etc.) are a plus
-
Strong communication skills online and offline
-
Good organizational skills and ability to handle several tasks at once
-
Readiness to work in a dynamic environment (some evenings/weekends for events)
