Will I have to share a room with a stranger?
No, we offer private bedrooms that you don’t have to share with anyone or you can rent a whole apartment.

Do I get a parking spot?
Yes, you get a parking spot in the indoor parking.

What’s the minimum stay?
1 night.

Do i need to pay a deposit?
1000 AED.

What’s included in the bill?
Bills, taxes, WiFi, parking, gym, pool, co-working, and cleaning once every two weeks upon request are included.

Can I bring my cat/dog with me?
300 AED per pet monthly

Can I bring my underage children with me?
No, it goes against our rules.

Should I bring my own furniture?
No, you don’t need to. Our units are fully furnished.

How many people can fit in one bedroom? Can I share a bedroom with my 10 friends?
Depending on the type of a unit, every bedroom can fit one or two persons only. No exceptions, no bunk beds.

Can I bring guests?
Yes, during daytime you can bring guests to communal areas. Sleepovers are not allowed though.

What about hidden costs? First and last month, commissions etc.?
No hidden costs: one all-inclusive bill +deposit.

Can I move in now and pay later? I’m tight on cash?
No, you can only pay in advance. It's called ‘pay and stay” you guys. No exceptions.

Is there a metro/bus station nearby?
There's a bus station right in front of the Building, the nearest metro station is 10 minutes away by car. And of course You&Co is located just 15 minutes from Dubai Marina.

Is there a cafe/bar in the facility?
No, but there’s a coffee station in the co-working area and there are a few grocery stores/cafes nearby.

Can I pay in US dollars/euros/roubles/gold nuggets?
We are only accepting AED.

Can I negotiate the price?
Nope, no negotiations. But feel free to join our referral program and get a discount.

Who’s gonna clean my unit?
Our cleaning team takes care of shared areas (kitchen, shared bathroom) and personal bedrooms once in two weeks. You can order extra cleaning for an additional fee.
