What's the concept behind You&Co? Is it just a regular hotel?
We're so glad you asked! You&Co is a co-living aparthotel, which means we offer the best of both worlds: the complete privacy of your own fully furnished studio or apartment, combined with access to incredible communal spaces like a co-working office, swimming pool, cinema room, gym, and outdoor courtyard. Think of it as your own private apartment, with a vibrant community built right in. It's perfect for solo adventurers, digital nomads, business travelers, and anyone wanting to connect with like-minded people.

Where exactly are you located in Dubai?
You&Co is located in the Dubai Production City (IMPZ) area, a neighborhood known for its creative and media industries. We're just a 15-minute drive from the iconic Dubai Marina, and major attractions like the Ibn Battuta Mall, Mall of the Emirates, Marina Beach, and Global Village are about 25 to 35 minutes away by car. The Dubai International Stadium is also just a 10-minute drive, perfect for cricket fans!

What types of rooms or apartments do you offer?
We offer flexibility for every need! We have private studio rooms, or you can choose a private room within a larger shared apartment. Room types range from Single and Twin rooms to Double rooms and larger MeetUp or Share4Two units. All our apartments are fully furnished, with some including private bathrooms, kitchenettes, and a balcony or terrace.

Can I stay for a short period, like a week, or do I need to commit long-term?
We cater to both! We offer flexible stays, from a short-term contract for a week to a longer monthly contract on a one-month rolling basis. It's all designed to let you live on your own terms, whether you're just passing through or looking for a new home base in Dubai.

Do you allow pets? I can't imagine traveling without my furry friend!
Neither can we! That's why You&Co is proudly pet-friendly. We warmly welcome both cats and dogs for a small extra fee of AED 300 per pet, per mounth. Please note that service animals are always exempt from fees.

What's the check-in and check-out policy? Is there a 24-hour reception?
Our standard check-in time is from 3:00 PM onwards, and check-out is until 12:00 PM (noon). While we don't have a 24-hour front desk (it's staffed from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM daily), we offer a contactless check-in and check-out experience. Guests are recommended to download our Vertical Hotel mobile app, which allows you to unlock your room door directly from your phone.

Is daily housekeeping provided, or do I need to clean myself?
You&Co is designed for independent living. We do not provide daily housekeeping services. However, we have washing machines in rooms, which is a perfect solution for longer stays. It allows you to live just like you would at home, with complete freedom.

Can I cook my own meals? What kitchen amenities are available?
Absolutely! In many of our apartments, you'll have access to a fully equipped kitchen with a stovetop, microwave, refrigerator, and plenty of utensils and cookware. Some room types share a larger, fully-equipped kitchen with the communal dining area. It's the perfect way to save money and eat exactly what you love.

What communal facilities can I enjoy as a resident?
As a resident, you have free access to all our incredible shared spaces. Take a dip in the outdoor swimming pool, break a sweat in the fitness center, get work done in the co-working space (fits up to 40 people), or relax in our cinema/video room and communal patio.

Is there free parking available at the property?
Yes, we offer free self-parking on-site for all our guests. You don't need to worry about expensive city parking or hunting for a spot when you return from your adventures. It's all included!

What is the cancellation policy and deposit?
The cancellation policy depends on your chosen rate. Our Standard Flexible Rate allows for free cancellation up to a certain date, while our Non-Refundable Rate offers a lower price but does not allow for changes. Additionally, a refundable damage deposit of AED 500 is required upon check-in.

The app sounds interesting. Do I need to install anything specific before my arrival?
Yes, a small but important detail! You&Co operates on a digital key system. We highly recommend that you download the 'Vertical Hotel' mobile app before you arrive at the property. You will use this app to unlock your room and access various amenities, making your check-in and stay as smooth as possible.

Will I have to share a room with a stranger?
Absolutely not. We offer private studios and apartments that you can rent for yourself or with a companion. You won’t have to share a bedroom with anyone you don’t know.

What is included in my rent?
Your all-inclusive rent covers all essential bills (utilities), taxes, high-speed WiFi, parking, access to our gym, swimming pool, co-working space, and complimentary cleaning of your unit once every two weeks upon request.

Should I bring my own furniture?
No need to worry about furniture! All our studios and apartments are fully furnished and ready for you to move in.

How many people can stay in one unit?
Can I share a bedroom with multiple friends? Each private bedroom is designed for one or two individuals only. We do not allow bunk beds or more than two people per bedroom to ensure comfort and adherence to safety standards. You are welcome to rent an entire apartment if you wish to stay with friends.

Can I bring guests to You&Co?
Yes, you can welcome guests to our communal areas during the day. However, for the comfort and security of all residents, overnight stays for guests are not permitted.

What about additional costs like deposits or fees?
We pride ourselves on transparency. There are no hidden costs. Your rent is a single, all-inclusive bill, plus a refundable security deposit.

Is there a metro or bus station nearby?
Yes, there’s a bus station conveniently located right in front of our building. The nearest metro station is about a 10-minute drive away. Remember, we’re also just a 15-minute drive from Dubai Marina.

Do you have a cafe or bar on-site?
While we don’t have a dedicated cafe or bar within the facility, you’ll find a convenient coffee station in our co-working area. Additionally, there are several grocery stores and cafes located nearby for your convenience.

What currency do you except for payments?
We accept payments exclusively in UAE Dirhams (AED).

Can I negotiate the rent price?
Our pricing is fixed to ensure fairness for all residents. However, we encourage you to explore our referral program, which offers attractive discounts for both you and your referred friends!

Can I move in now and pay later? I’m tight on cash?
Payments are required in advance. Our policy is ‘pay and stay,’ meaning you secure your accommodation by paying beforehand. This applies to all residents without exception.
